We’re excited to welcome Alex Brock as our new Technical Services Manager at Electric Heating Systems Ltd! 🎉
After working closely with us as a subcontractor, Alex is now officially joining the EHS management team full-time. He’ll be leading the way in developing and growing our technical services department.
In his new role, Alex will be:
- Heading up installer and technical support
- Leading customer support initiatives
- Advising our nationwide network of independant installers on system design, installation, commissioning and servicing of our products
- Supporting new product development
- Enhancing installer engagement and resources
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in both electrical and heating systems, Alex brings a practical, solutions-driven mindset that fits right in with our mission to raise the bar in the electric heating industry.
We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to what we’ll achieve together as we continue to grow and support our installer and client community across the UK.
